Grangewood School
Our school
We are a primary school for children with a range of learning disabilities including those who are autistic and those who have physical or sensory needs.
Grangewood School pupils attend school at one of three specialist locations.
Our main school site is at the newly built Grand Union Village school in Hayes, Northolt.
Some pupils with additional visual impairments attend Sunshine House Specialist Educational Setting in Northwood and some Year 1 and 2 pupils attend our Eden Pinkwell Satellite based at Pinkwell School in Hayes.
We will use these three specialist locations whilst a brand-new school, with exceptional facilities, is built on our beautiful wooded site in Eastcote, Middlesex.
I'm speaking on his behalf - as he doesn't speak - but I think he enjoys the stimulation, the routine and the outings. He knows what is expected of him and he trusts the adults working with him
Grangewood Parent
Grangewood School consists of happy and purposeful environments where pupils are praised and acknowledged for who they are as well as what they do.
We provide a safe and supportive environment for children with a range of special needs and strengths. We also aim to provide within the school an ethos in which regard for others is of the greatest importance.
